Finance/Development Manager
The Institute for Multicultural Counseling and Education Services (IMCES)
has an immediate opening for a Finance Manager.
Required competencies include:
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum MA, CPA preferred. Applicant must provide
evidence of experience related to the requirements including the following:

KNOWLEDGE: Successful candidate must have knowledge of non-profit community clinic in health and mental health service delivery and human resources.

SKILLS: Candidate must have the ability to manage existing contracts and funds, and familiarity with DMH, DPSS.

ATTITUDE: Applicant must have a “can do” attitude, be detail oriented with excellent organization skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
IMCES is a community clinic that has been serving the community with an integrated model
of service delivery, providing health, mental health, social and legal services programs for diverse ethnic underserved populations in Los Angeles. Additionally, IMCES provides workforce development; an APA-accredited clinical training program for mental health professionals, including Leadership Training, in a competency-based model. Please note that the ability to manage highly stressful situations is a prerequisite for this position, as stress is inherent in working with individuals with mental health and emotional conditions.
